Walk Through Consultations
Walk through consultations are perfect for clients who are on a time restraint or have more than one home to tour. Our walk through consultations offer general information about a home's major component systems (Roofing/Foundation/Exterior, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC) at a reduced price from our full home inspections. Our walk through consultations are scheduled for 1 hour while you and your agent are touring the home. We will give you oral comments and observations onsite so there is no waiting for a report.
